Shipment

LA VAGUE ships within a week of order. Should it
lead to longer delivery times because there are not enough items left
are in stock, we will point this out to you in our shop.
LA VAGUE ships with DHL and calculates shipping costs in
Germany only a flat rate of 7.50 €, for each size
u. weight, and only "insured" and "with tracking".
To other European countries, the flat rate is 15 € and outside
Europe €25.

Return Policy / Right of Withdrawal

If you are not satisfied with your order, you can
Return items within 14 days of the date of purchase.
If the items are in perfect condition, they must be in the
Original packaging and returned in perfect condition
will. In this case, the customer bears the costs of the return.
If there are any quality problems with your items, please let us know
point out where the problem lies. In this case, LA VAGUE wears the
Cost of both the outward and return shipment and will send you each
either a faultless item free of charge or
will refund you the purchase cost within 14 days of receipt of the
return.
